This genuine Ford radiator fan shroud is the inner shroud for the 6.0L Power Stroke diesel in F-250, F-350, E-250, E-350 and Excursion applications. The shroud directs airflow from the engine fan through the radiator core, improving cooling efficiency especially at low speed and while towing; a cracked or missing shroud lets air bypass the core and can contribute to higher coolant temperatures. Built to Ford dimensional specifications, it matches the factory mounting points and fan clearance so it installs without modification and keeps the fan tips properly surrounded. Fitting the correct OEM shroud restores designed airflow and cooling margin. Inspect the fan and clutch while the shroud is out, confirm proper fan-to-shroud clearance on reassembly, and route any wiring or lines clear of the fan before returning the truck to service.
