  This genuine Ford valve rocker arm assembly is the combination rocker arm for the 6.0L Power Stroke diesel built from 2003 to 2010. Applications include the F-250 and F-350 Super Duty, the Excursion, and the E-350 vans. The rocker arm transfers motion from the pushrod to open the valves, and a worn, scored, or damaged rocker can cause valvetrain noise, a misfire, or improper valve operation. Replacing a failed rocker with the correct original equipment assembly restores proper valvetrain action.
