• Description:

  This is a genuine Ford intake manifold gasket for the right, passenger-side position on 5.4L and 6.8L modular gasoline engines in F-150, F-350 and F-550 Super Duty, Mark LT and Navigator. It seals the intake manifold to the cylinder head on that bank, keeping the charge air path sealed so the engine breathes correctly; a leak causes a vacuum leak, rough idle, lean codes, or a whistle. The gasket is a renew-on-service item and should be replaced whenever the manifold is removed, since the original takes a set. Built to Ford material specifications, it matches the factory port pattern for the right side so it seats correctly when torqued in sequence. Fitting the correct gasket restores a sealed intake.
