  This is a genuine Ford valve rocker arm, a roller follower, for 4.6L SOHC and three-valve, 5.4L and 6.8L modular gasoline engines, including 1999 to 2007 Super Duty trucks, the new-body F-150 and Mark LT, Mustang and Explorer. The rocker arm transfers cam lobe motion to the valve through its roller, and a worn, seized, or damaged roller causes valvetrain noise, misfire, or in severe cases valve damage. This part supersedes the earlier service number for the location.
