  This Genuine Ford long inner drag link tie rod assembly fits 05-10 F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with monobeam front axle, covering both four-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive variants. It is a service supersession that consolidates earlier 5C3Z-3304-B, 6C3Z-3304-B, 7C3Z-3304-B, and AC3Z-3304-B part numbers. The long inner drag link connects the pitman arm output to the right side steering knuckle through the cross-link geometry, transmitting all steering input loads from the steering box into the wheel assembly. A worn drag link causes excessive play in the steering wheel, wandering on the highway, uneven tire wear, and clunking during steering reversals. non-OEM replacements commonly use undersized ball studs and inferior boot rubber that fails quickly under load. This OEM drag link uses the correct stud taper for the factory steering knuckle, ships preassembled with the boots and grease, and is sized for original factory geometry. Install with the steering wheel centered, torque the cone nuts to the published specification, install new cotter pins where applicable, and have the toe and front end alignment reset by a qualified shop after the install.
