• Description:

  This genuine Ford gasket seals the engine oil pump pickup tube on the 2.0L, 2.3L, and 2.5L Duratec four-cylinder engines. It maintains the seal between the pickup tube and the oil pump, ensuring the pump draws oil without air intrusion and sustains proper oil pressure to the engine. A hardened or damaged pickup tube gasket can allow the pump to draw air, which reduces oil pressure and can lead to noisy operation or accelerated wear.
