  This genuine Ford fuel pump and sender module assembly is the complete in-tank unit for 2009-2010 Ford E-150, E-250, and E-350 Econoline vans equipped with the midship fuel tank and a gasoline engine, covering the 4.6L and 5.4L V8 and the 6.8L V10 gas applications without auxiliary fuel ports. The module combines the electric fuel pump, the pickup and reservoir, the internal filter sock, and the fuel-level sending unit into a single serviceable assembly that mounts through the top of the tank. It draws fuel from the tank and delivers it under regulated pressure to the engine while the integrated sender reports tank level to the instrument-cluster gauge. When this module wears out, common symptoms include long crank times or a no-start condition, loss of engine power or stalling under load, sputtering at highway speed, a whining noise from the tank area, and an inaccurate or erratic fuel gauge.
