• Description:

  This is a genuine Motorcraft steering tie rod end for 2009 through 2014 Ford F-150 trucks, including the high-output F-150 SVT Raptor. The tie rod end is the pivoting ball-joint link that connects the steering linkage to the front steering knuckle, transmitting driver input from the steering system to the front wheels while allowing the suspension to travel over bumps. A worn tie rod end is a common wear item on these trucks and typically announces itself with loose or wandering steering, uneven or feathered front tire wear, a clunk or knock over bumps, and an inability to hold a front-end alignment. Replacing it restores precise steering response and correct toe alignment. Built to Ford original-equipment specifications, this Motorcraft unit uses a hardened ball stud with a sealed grease boot for long service life and correct fitment to the factory steering linkage.
