The Ford catalog name is Interior Rear View Mirror, supplied with auto-dim, without camera and without microphone, and it fits 2009-2014 Ford Fusion and related sedans built with the electrochromic mirror option. Symptoms that lead an owner to replace this mirror include a mirror that no longer dims and stays bright at night, a dark or blacked-out mirror that will not clear, streaking or bubbling in the electrochromic gel, a cracked or delaminated glass face, or a broken mount that lets the mirror sag or fall from the windshield.
