  This genuine Ford cylinder head gasket seals the driver's side (left-hand) cylinder head to the engine block on Ford's modular SOHC V8. Cataloged by Ford as the cylinder head gasket, it seals combustion pressure in each cylinder while isolating the coolant and oil passages that cross between the block and head, maintaining compression and preventing internal leaks. It serves the 4.6L Romeo SOHC and 5.4L modular SOHC V8 and fits a range of 2009-2019 applications including the Crown Victoria, E-150, E-250, E-350 and E-450, F-150, Lincoln Town Car and Mark LT, and Mercury Grand Marquis equipped with these engines.
