  This is the genuine Ford Motorcraft engine coolant overflow hose, part number KM-5081, for 2011-2014 F-150 trucks with the 5.0L V8 engine. This hose connects the cooling system to the coolant reservoir, carrying coolant between the engine circuit and the overflow tank so the system can vent expanding coolant as it heats and draw it back as it cools, keeping the cooling system properly filled and pressurized. It is molded from reinforced EPDM rubber to the exact routing of the 5.0L application, with preformed ends that seal at the reservoir and engine-side fittings.
