  This genuine Ford front ABS wheel speed sensor monitors rotational speed at the front hub on 2011-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks built with the twin I-beam front suspension and dual rear wheels, covering the 6.2L gas V8, 6.8L V10, and 6.7L Power Stroke diesel. The sensor reads a toothed tone ring and feeds wheel speed data to the ABS and stability control module so the system can modulate braking, prevent wheel lockup, and manage traction and trailer sway control. Ford catalogs it as a Sensor Assembly, also called Front Speed Sensor, and this unit ships with its integrated wire harness and connector for a complete direct replacement.
