This genuine Ford seat belt receptacle is the buckle half of the second row seat belt on crew cab 2011-2016 F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty trucks, mounted on the left side of the rear bench. It is the rigid buckle the seat belt tongue latches into, housing the release button and the internal latch and buckle switch that hold the occupant and signal the restraint system. Ford also lists this component as a Buckle and Latch assembly. Owners replace it when the release button sticks, the tongue will not latch or unlatch, the webbing at the buckle stalk is frayed, or the buckle no longer holds firmly, all of which are safety critical faults. Finished in steel gray to match the interior, it is released in color-specific variants under the same base number, so verify your trim color when ordering. It bolts to the seat frame or floor anchor with the factory fastener; seat belt anchor bolts are single use and must be replaced with a new bolt torqued to Ford specification, never reused.
