This genuine Ford Motorcraft wheel bearing and hub assembly is a heavy-duty sealed unit that carries the front axle load, allows the wheel to turn freely, and provides the mounting for the front brakes and ABS wheel speed sensor. It fits 2011 through 2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with four-wheel drive and dual rear wheels, mounting at the front left or right position. A failing front hub on a Super Duty commonly produces a droning or grinding noise that increases with speed, steering wheel or seat vibration, looseness or play at the wheel, uneven tire wear, and often an illuminated ABS light with wheel speed sensor faults. Because the bearing and hub are a single sealed assembly, the complete unit is replaced to restore safe handling, correct braking, and accurate ABS operation. This Motorcraft assembly is manufactured to Ford load, sealing, and dimensional specifications for a direct fit at the factory knuckle. The spindle or hub retaining nut is a single-use fastener and should be replaced with a new nut and torqued to Ford specification during installation rather than reused. Verify four-wheel-drive and dual-rear-wheel configuration before ordering.
