  The Motorcraft KM-5214 is the upper radiator coolant hose for the 2011-2019 Ford Explorer and the Explorer-based Police Interceptor Utility fitted with the 3.5L or 3.7L V6 engine. It routes heated coolant from the engine outlet to the upper radiator inlet, allowing the radiator to reject heat before the coolant cycles back through the block and heads.
