  This is a genuine Motorcraft PCV valve, the positive crankcase ventilation valve that vents blow-by gases from the crankcase back into the intake to be re-burned, keeping crankcase pressure in check and lowering emissions and sludge. It is a calibrated one-way valve modulated by manifold vacuum and matched to the engine's ventilation and idle calibration. This valve fits Ford 3.5L and 3.7L Cyclone V6 applications including F-150 2011-2014, Mustang 2011-2017, and Transit, spanning roughly the 2011-2019 model years, so confirm your engine and connection type before ordering.
