• Description:

  This Genuine Ford Motorcraft CM-5324 fuel injector O-ring and tube seal kit services the 6.7L Power Stroke turbo-diesel V8 in 2011-2019 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty trucks, covering the injector sealing hardware for cylinders one, two, seven and eight. The kit renews the high-pressure injector-to-cylinder-head sealing package, including the combustion seal and copper washer, the injector body O-rings, and the high-pressure connector tube seals that keep fuel and combustion pressure contained where each injector meets the head. Worn or leaking injector seals commonly cause a hard start, rough idle, misfire, a ticking or chuffing combustion leak, fuel dilution of the engine oil, external fuel weepage, white smoke, reduced power and a diesel-fuel odor, often accompanied by fuel-system or misfire trouble codes. This is the genuine Motorcraft sealing kit made to Ford's original specification for correct crush, sealing force and heat resistance in the common-rail diesel. All of these seals and washers are single-use and must never be reused; always fit the complete new kit whenever an injector or its high-pressure line is removed, install the copper combustion seal dry, torque the injector and line to Ford specification, then bleed and leak-check the fuel system after service.
