  This Genuine Ford stabilizer bar, cataloged as a Bar Stabilizer under base 5482, is the front sway bar for the F-250 and F-350 Super Duty pickup, fitting the 2011 through 2019 trucks. Also called an anti-roll bar, it ties the left and right front suspension together through the stabilizer links so that when the truck leans in a turn or one front wheel hits a bump, the bar twists and transfers load to the opposite side, reducing body roll and keeping the truck flatter and more stable through corners, crosswinds, and quick lane changes.
