The Ford catalog describes it as going to the heater core and including the inlet and outlet hoses together with the connector, so the molded lines and the coupling come as one serviceable assembly rather than as loose pieces. Verified fitment is the 2012 through 2014 Ford Edge built with the 2.0L EcoBoost four-cylinder, and this hose supersedes the earlier CT4Z-18C553-A part. Molded rubber heater lines harden and split after years of heat cycling and pressure.
