  This Genuine Ford Motorcraft suspension strut is the front left, driver-side unit for 2013-2019 Ford Taurus with the naturally aspirated 3.5L engine. The strut bundles the shock absorber and upper spring perch into a single load-bearing assembly that supports the front of the car, controls spring motion, and locates the wheel for accurate steering and alignment. A worn strut on the Taurus commonly produces a harsh or bouncy ride, clunking or rattling over bumps, nose dive under braking, excessive body lean in turns, cupped or uneven tire wear, and a vague, wandering steering feel.
