  This Genuine Ford front brake rotor is the vented disc that the front brake pads clamp against to slow and stop Ford F-Series Super Duty trucks, including F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 models across roughly the 2013 through 2025 range with the 6.2L and 6.8L gas engines and the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel. As a heavy-duty ventilated cast rotor it provides the friction surface and heat dissipation needed for the high loads these trucks carry and tow. Drivers need a new rotor when they feel a pulsation or shudder through the pedal and steering wheel under braking, hear grinding or squealing, see deep scoring, heat cracking, or blue heat spots on the face, or when the rotor has worn below minimum thickness.
