  This Genuine Ford Motorcraft lower control arm (MCF-2499) is the front left, driver-side lower suspension arm for 2015 through 2019 Ford Transit full-size vans in rear-wheel-drive configuration, with a build-date split around 04/17/2019 that determines the correct variant. The lower control arm locates the front wheel, absorbs road and braking loads through its bushings, and provides the lower mounting point for the steering knuckle so the wheel maintains proper camber and caster.
