• Description:

  This genuine Ford exhaust manifold heat shield is the driver-side (left-hand) shield for the 5.0L Coyote V8 in 2015 through 2020 F-150 pickups. Ford catalogs it as the Heat Shield and mounts it over the left-bank exhaust manifold to reflect radiant heat away from wiring, hoses, sensors, and the surrounding engine bay, protecting those components from thermal damage. A cracked, warped, missing, or loose heat shield commonly produces a metallic tick, buzz, or rattle that rises and falls with engine speed, plus increased under-hood heat.
