  This is the left (driver side) hood hinge assembly for 2015 through 2023 Ford Transit and E-Transit cargo and passenger vans. It is the direct mirror of the passenger-side hinge KK3Z-16796-B and the two are not interchangeable. The hinge connects the hood to the body and includes the pivot mechanism. Use this part when the original is bent, cracked, or sloppy in the pivot from age, heavy use, or front-end damage. This is a genuine Ford OEM stamped piece with the factory mounting hole pattern and pivot geometry.
