This genuine Ford Multi-Function Combination Switch is the steering column mounted turn signal and windshield wiper control used on 2015 through 2025 Ford F-150 and F-250 Super Duty trucks. The single assembly integrates the turn signal and headlamp flash-to-pass on one stalk with the windshield wiper, intermittent delay, and washer functions on the other, sending switched inputs to the body control module and the lighting and wiper systems. When it fails, drivers notice turn signals that will not self-cancel or flash on only one side, high beams or flash-to-pass that stop working, wipers stuck on one speed or dead in intermittent mode, or washers that will not spray. Cracked stalk mechanisms, worn internal contacts, and heat-related open circuits are common causes. This Motorcraft-quality switch mounts to the upper steering column and installs as a direct replacement, restoring full lighting and wiper stalk control. Disconnect the battery before servicing the column to protect the airbag and clockspring circuits. Backed by the Ford and Motorcraft limited parts warranty.
