  This is the genuine Ford engine coolant recovery reservoir, cataloged as Tank Asy - Radiator Overflow, for 2017-2019 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty trucks built with the gasoline 6.2L V8 or 6.8L V10 engine. The reservoir accepts coolant that expands out of the cooling system as engine temperature rises and returns it as the system cools, maintaining proper coolant level and providing the correct fill point for the radiator loop. Molded from high-temperature plastic to Ford specifications, it includes the mounting provisions and hose ports for a direct fit. Buyers usually replace this part after finding a cracked seam, a leaking neck, coolant stains under the hood, a persistent sweet coolant smell, chronic low coolant, or overheating traced to a split tank.
