Genuine Ford OEM A/C refrigerant suction hose part number HL3Z-19867-N, the low-pressure return line that carries vaporized R-1234yf refrigerant from the evaporator outlet back to the compressor inlet. This hose fits 17-20 F-150 equipped with the 3.0L Power Stroke diesel, 3.3L Duratec V6, 3.5L gasoline V6, 3.5L Cyclone TIVCT, or 5.0L FLEX V8 engine. The hose does not fit the 2.7L EcoBoost configuration, which uses HL3Z-19867-P. The part supersedes earlier service number HL3Z-19867-J and Motorcraft YF-37570. Suction hoses on modern A/C systems include integrated mufflers and vibration isolators along with quick-connect couplings sized for R-1234yf refrigerant. Replacement is appropriate when the original hose develops oil seepage at the crimped fittings, ages out, or suffers physical damage.
