• Description:

  This is the Genuine Ford left-side exhaust manifold for 17-21 F-150 and Expedition equipped with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine, in the configuration without the Raptor package. It is the cast iron manifold sized for the driver-side bank, with runner geometry, heat shield mounts, and a flange machined to the cylinder head and the turbocharger inlet. The left bank manifold sits in a tight underhood zone with steering, oil cooler, and accessory drive structures nearby, and the casting is engineered for clearance to all of those. Like the right manifold, the left manifold is a wear item on this engine and is replaced after thermal cracking, gasket failure between the manifold and the turbo, or a broken stud at the head face. Symptoms include exhaust tick on cold start, lowered boost response, and visible carbon at gasket joints. Install with new manifold-to-head and manifold-to-turbo gaskets, fresh studs and nuts where specified, follow the Ford-published torque sequence, and inspect the turbo inlet for heat damage. Pair the work with new heat shields where the original shields are warped or have lost fasteners.
