This tube fits 17-21 Ford F-150 with the 3.5L EcoBoost twin-turbo, 18-21 Expedition with the 3.5L EcoBoost, and 18-21 Lincoln Navigator with the 3.5L EcoBoost. The part supersedes earlier service number HL3Z-6758-A. The tube routes blow-by gases from the crankcase through the PCV valve to the intake manifold for combustion, maintaining the closed crankcase ventilation system required by emissions regulations. Replacement is appropriate when the original tube cracks at the molded couplings, when the integrated PCV valve sticks open or closed, or when oil ingestion symptoms develop. A failed PCV system commonly causes whistling noises at idle, rough idle from vacuum leaks, or excessive oil consumption from intake manifold pooling. The tube includes the integrated PCV valve and the quick-connect couplings sized for the 3.5L EcoBoost. Installation requires the workshop-specified clip removal tool to release the quick-connects without damage.
