• Description:

  This genuine Ford body mount bolt retainer nut is service hardware used in the cab and body mounting system of the Super Duty pickup, covering F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 across regular cab, super cab, and crew cab configurations. The nut works with the body mount through-bolt to clamp the cab and box to the frame through the rubber body mount cushions, holding the sheet metal in its correct position and preserving the ride isolation the cushions provide. Maintaining proper clamp load keeps the cab quiet and stable and prevents the body from shifting on the frame under load.
