  This is the genuine Ford hex head bolt used at the rear axle differential to secure the drive pinion end yoke to its mounting point, the joint where the driveshaft meets the differential. Even though it looks like an ordinary bolt, this fastener sits in one of the most highly loaded rotating joints on the truck: it has to hold the yoke and its clamp load steady against the pulsing torque of the driveline, the reversing loads of engine braking and towing, and constant road vibration, all while resisting corrosion at the underside of the vehicle.
