This is a Genuine Ford engine coolant outlet flange, also called the water outlet, carrying Ford part number HL3Z-8592-A. The outlet fits 17-23 F-150 trucks equipped with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine and the PowerBoost hybrid variant, along with related Expedition and Lincoln Navigator applications using the same engine, covering both the 14th generation 17-20 trucks and the 15th generation 21-23 trucks. The outlet is identified in Ford catalogs as the To Timing Cover configuration, mounting at the timing cover and routing coolant out of the engine. The molded outlet uses OEM specification material rated for the thermal and pressure environment of the EcoBoost cooling system.
