• Description:

  Genuine Ford OEM A/C refrigerant line O-ring sealing kit part number HL3Z-19B596-A, an eight-piece kit of single-use sealing O-rings for the R-1234yf refrigerant circuit. The kit includes O-rings in 3/4 inch, 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, and 3/8 inch sizes to cover common Ford service points. It fits 17-25 Ford F-150, Bronco, and Ranger trucks along with Lincoln Aviator, Continental, and Navigator vehicles using the R-1234yf refrigerant. The included O-rings are coated for low-friction installation onto the corresponding line couplings and are specifically formulated to remain compatible with R-1234yf refrigerant and PAG oil chemistry. Whenever any A/C joint is broken in service for line replacement, compressor removal, evaporator service, or condenser swap, Ford service procedures call for new O-rings on every joint, never reuse of the originals. Reused O-rings frequently fail to seal under refrigerant pressure cycling or develop slow leaks that contaminate the system. Each O-ring in this kit ships dry without pre-applied lubricant; service technicians should apply a thin film of clean PAG oil during assembly.
