  Genuine Ford OEM left-hand timing chain guide part number HL3Z-6B274-A, the driver-side slack-side guide that controls primary timing chain motion on the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. This guide fits 17-25 Ford F-150 with the 3.5L EcoBoost, 18-25 Expedition with the 3.5L EcoBoost, 18-25 Lincoln Navigator with the 3.5L EcoBoost, and 17-22 Ford GT with the 3.5L EcoBoost. This guide is part of the well-known Gen2 3.5L EcoBoost timing system wear set, where the plastic guide face wears prematurely under sustained operation and produces a characteristic cold-start timing rattle. Ford technical service bulletins call for replacement of the full timing set including both guides, both tensioners, all chains, all phasers, and the related torque-to-yield fasteners as a complete service job. Individual guide replacement is rarely sufficient. The guide ships with the factory plastic surface specification and the steel reinforcement structure.
