• Description:

  Genuine Ford OEM tail lamp assembly for the driver side of the 2018 through 2020 F-150 equipped with LED level-3 lighting and the blind-spot information system. The assembly integrates brake, turn, reverse, and marker functions on a single LED light engine and includes the mounting provision for the BLIS radar sensor that fires through a calibrated window in the housing. This suffix supersedes earlier JL3Z-13405-C, JL3Z-13405-F, and KL3Z-13405-A revisions. The LED-with-BSM tail lamp is not interchangeable with the standard LED or halogen variants; installing a non-BSM lamp on a truck with the option leaves the radar sensor without its calibrated housing window and the system will not function. Confirm BLIS presence in the existing build before ordering by inspecting the mirror indicator and the dash menu. non-OEM replacements in this fitment commonly use uncalibrated radar windows that pass too much energy or attenuate the signal, both of which degrade detection performance.
