Genuine Ford OEM tail lamp assembly for the passenger side of the 2018 through 2020 F-150 equipped with LED level-3 lighting and the blind-spot information system. The assembly integrates the brake, turn, reverse, and side-marker functions on a single LED light engine and includes the BLIS module mounting boss for the radar sensor that fires through the lamp housing. This suffix supersedes the earlier JL3Z-13404-C, JL3Z-13404-F, and KL3Z-13404-A and reflects updated optical alignment for the radar pass-through window. Trucks with LED tail lamps but without blind-spot monitoring use a different suffix; installing this BSM-equipped lamp on a non-BSM truck leaves an unused radar opening that admits moisture. Confirm BLIS presence by checking for the side-mirror indicator and the dash menu item before ordering. non-OEM LED tail lamps in this fitment commonly use a brighter non-OEM LED engine that exceeds the radar housing's pass-through window and degrades sensor performance. Sold individually for the passenger side. The driver-side counterpart KL3Z-13405-B is the matching part. Bulbs and bulb sockets are not used on the LED variant; the entire light engine is sealed within the housing.
