  This is the Genuine Ford tailgate handle for 18-20 F-150 supplied in black finish for the configuration without trailer light and with the integrated tailgate camera, applicable to trucks built from an MY18 cut-in date forward. The handle is a complete bezel and lever assembly with the camera cutout, harness pass-through, and lock mechanism interface matched to the original tailgate skin and mounting pattern on this generation of truck. It supersedes JL3Z-9943400-DA as the updated service version. The handle is the high-touch point at the rear of the truck and is exposed to weather, sun, and frequent operation, so wear and damage at this part are common. Replacement is the correct service after a broken handle, a damaged camera bezel, or after a tailgate paint job that took the original to bare plastic.
