This is a genuine Ford OEM headlight bracket for the passenger side of 18-21 Expedition trucks, used on both halogen and LED headlamp builds. The bracket supports the headlight housing at its outer mounting boss and locates the lamp against the front fender and bumper cover, setting the headlight height and aim reference relative to the surrounding sheet metal. A bent or missing bracket typically appears as a headlight that sits low or tilts outward, both of which produce a visible misalignment and an out-of-spec beam pattern after aim adjustment. Installing this OEM bracket restores the original headlight mounting datum and supports correct gap, flush, and aim adjustment without modification. The bracket is stamped and coated to original Ford specification and applies to both halogen and LED variants of the headlamp because the housing outer boss is shared across the lamp options. It is the RH variant only and is not interchangeable with the driver side. This genuine part is backed by the Ford and Motorcraft Parts Limited Warranty. After installation, set the headlight to factory clearance and perform a beam aim check against the published service procedure.
