  This is the genuine Ford lower Radiator Coolant Hose for the 2018 through 2022 Ford EcoSport equipped with the 2.0L engine. This molded EPDM rubber hose routes engine coolant between the radiator and the engine on the lower or return side of the cooling circuit and is preformed with the exact bends and connection ends required to clear surrounding components and mate to the factory fittings. It replaces the earlier part number GN1Z-8286-Q. Over time heat pressure cycling and coolant exposure cause radiator hoses to harden crack swell or soften and collapse and the molded ends can weep or blow off at the clamps. Drivers who need this hose are usually chasing a coolant leak a low coolant level an overheating gauge steam or the sweet smell of coolant or visible puddles beneath the front of the vehicle. A soft or internally deteriorating hose can also collapse under suction and restrict flow causing intermittent overheating even when it looks fine outside.
