This is the Genuine Ford automatic transmission fluid cooler outlet tube for 18-22 F-150 with the 10R80 transmission. It is the return-side line that brings cooled fluid back from the cooler core into the transmission, completing the cooling loop along with the inlet tube. The tube is formed metal with rubber sections at flex points and uses quick-connect couplers at both ends, sized and routed to match the original chassis path and clipped to the body and frame supports at the factory anchor points. A correct outlet line preserves the calibrated pressure drop and flow through the cooler, which the trans control depends on for thermal management and clutch duty cycles. A swollen, restricted, or weeping outlet tube can let oil temperature rise during sustained tow or grade, leading to harsh shifts, accelerated wear on the clutch packs, and trouble codes related to transmission temperature.
