Genuine Ford OEM transmission control module for the 2019 and 2020 F-150 equipped with the 10R80 ten-speed automatic transmission. The module reads the input speed sensor, output speed sensor, fluid temperature sensor, and PCM commands, and it drives the solenoid pack that controls shift timing and clutch apply pressure across the gear range. A failed module commonly presents as harsh or missed shifts, the transmission defaulting to limp-home mode, or P-network codes on the transmission CAN bus. Replacement requires programming the module's PATS authentication and learning the adaptive shift values; this is not a key-on relearn and requires Ford-approved tooling. non-OEM modules for the 10R80 are not commercially available because of the dealer-restricted programming requirement. The OEM module is the only correct replacement. Confirm year-specific suffix by VIN before ordering; the 10R80 went through several module revisions across model years and the suffixes are not backward-compatible. Sold individually. The transmission valve body, solenoid pack, and harness ship separately. Schedule installation at a facility with Ford IDS or equivalent capability.
