  Genuine Ford OEM side mount reinforcement for the driver side of the 2019 through 2022 Edge. The reinforcement holds the front bumper cover's outboard edge against the driver-side fender structure and maintains the bumper-to-fender visual alignment along the front of the vehicle. The Ford 17C947 family across multiple platforms uses -A for the right side and -B for the left side as a consistent convention, and this Edge variant follows that pattern. A bent or damaged reinforcement allows the bumper outboard corner to droop visibly at the fender line. As a factory stamping the gauge thickness, weld nut locations, and corrosion coating match the original install. non-OEM parts in this fitment commonly use thinner stamping that fatigues under road vibration. The OEM piece holds its shape across full service life. Sold individually for the driver side. The passenger-side counterpart KT4Z-17C947-A is the matching part.
