• Description:

  The genuine Ford automatic transmission oil cooler O-ring is the sealing ring used at the transmission oil cooler hose and line connection. It is a factory OEM seal fitted to 2019-2025 Ford Ranger and Ford Bronco models equipped with the 2.3L EcoBoost engine and 10-speed automatic transmission, where it seals the transmission fluid cooler circuit against leaks. This O-ring keeps automatic transmission fluid contained where the cooler line joins its fitting; a hardened, cracked, or damaged seal can allow fluid to weep or drip, leading to a low fluid level, fluid on the ground, or in severe cases transmission overheating and shifting problems. Because it is a genuine Ford part it is molded from the correct elastomer compound and to the exact cross-section and diameter specified for this cooler connection, ensuring a leak-free seal and correct fit. This O-ring is a single-use item and comes with the cooler connection: whenever the cooler line or fitting is disconnected, the original O-ring must be discarded and a new one installed, as reusing a compressed or aged seal risks leaks.
