This is the rear disc brake rotor for 2019 through 2026 Ford Ranger trucks, applicable to all configurations except the Ranger Raptor (which uses a different brake package). The rotor supersedes the earlier BRRF451 and KB3Z-2C026-B references and is the current authorized Ford service piece for non-Raptor Rangers. Use this part when rear rotor wear has reached the service limit, when scoring or heat checking has progressed beyond resurfacing, or when warpage is causing brake pulsation. Standard practice is to replace rotors in axle sets (both rear rotors at the same time) and to install fresh pads at the same time unless the pads have plenty of remaining material and even wear. Bedding-in the new rotor-and-pad combination per the Ford procedure is required for proper friction performance. This is a genuine Ford OEM rotor, sized, drilled, and finished to the original equipment specification. Confirm against the VIN that your Ranger is a non-Raptor configuration before ordering; Raptor trucks use a different rear brake rotor part number.
