Authentic Ford Motor Company replacement rear lower valance panel finished in silver for the 20-22 Ford Escape configured without the trailer tow package. This valance is the lower trim panel that wraps the lower rear bumper area and is the current Ford service level part. The valance ships in the silver color used by Ford on Escape covers and trim and is the correct part for non-trailer-tow-equipped vehicles only; trailer-tow-equipped Escapes use a different valance with a different cutout for the trailer hitch receiver tube. Verify that the original vehicle was not factory equipped with the trailer tow package before ordering. Each piece is sold individually. The valance mounts to the lower rear bumper area using the original Ford fastener and clip pattern. Replacing a cracked, faded, or curb-damaged rear lower valance restores the original factory appearance of the lower rear of the vehicle and protects the rear bumper energy absorber from continued road debris contact. After installation, the alignment of the valance to the bumper cover and rear quarter panels should be checked across the full width of the rear.
