This Genuine Ford Tail Lamp fits the driver side of 20-22 Ford F-250 SD and F-350 SD trucks equipped with blind spot monitoring, without LED, with a build-date split at 06/01/2021 within the catalog. Supersedes -A. The housing carries tail, stop, and turn functions and integrates the radar pass-through that the BLIS module uses to detect vehicles in the adjacent lane on the driver side. Replacement is common after rear collision repair, after impact damage that has cracked the housing or the radar window, or when the BLIS module logs a coverage fault and inspection traces the cause to lamp damage rather than the module. The BLIS housing is not interchangeable with the no-BLIS variant. After install, complete the standard lighting check, then perform any BLIS self-test or calibration the vehicle's diagnostic procedure calls for, and confirm the system reports no obstruction or fault before returning the vehicle to the owner.
