  This is a brand new genuine Ford OEM fuel injector return line carrying part number LC3Z-9A564-B, fitting 20-22 F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel, built after production date 11/04/2019. This part supersedes the earlier LC3Z-9A564-A. The return line collects excess fuel from the back of each injector and routes it back to the fuel filter and tank, an essential part of common rail injector cooling and the high-pressure regulation strategy. Return line leakage on the 6.7L PSD presents as diesel residue around the valve cover area, hard hot starts as the high-pressure rail bleeds back faster than the lift pump can refill, or a low-pressure fuel system fault code. The line incorporates the connect-and-snap fittings at each injector tower with internal O-ring seals that are one-time-use components. Always replace at the first sign of leakage. Replacement requires removing the engine cover and disconnecting each injector return port; work cleanly to prevent contaminants entering the fuel system. Sold as a complete return line assembly.
