  This is a brand new genuine Ford OEM left hand fuel supply manifold and rail carrying part number LC3Z-9D280-D, fitting 20-22 F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel. The fuel rail is the high-pressure manifold distributing fuel from the CP4 pump output to the four injectors on the left bank, and works in parallel with the right hand rail under part number LC3Z-9D280-C. Common rail operating pressure on the 6.7L PSD exceeds 30,000 PSI under heavy load, and the rail and injector port machining must hold tight tolerances to maintain the sealing cone geometry on the high-pressure lines. Common failure modes include rail port erosion from CP4 contamination events, sensor mounting boss leakage, and external cracking at high-mileage units. After a CP4 pump failure event, inspect both rails carefully for metallic debris; full fuel system contamination kit replacement is typically required and the rails are part of that scope.
