This Genuine Ford Composite Headlamp fits the driver side of 20-22 Ford F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, and F-550 SD trucks with the factory halogen package. The housing carries low beam, high beam, and turn signal in a single sealed unit that mounts to the front fascia structure and reaches the wiring harness via the body-side connector. Replacement is common after left-front collision damage, after lens damage that has fogged the reflector internally, or when the housing has yellowed and lost output. The lamp is sided, and the driver and passenger units are not interchangeable. The halogen variant uses a different optical pack and lens than the LED variant and will not mount or connect in place of an LED lamp. After install, aim the lamp using the Ford headlamp aim procedure with the truck on a level surface, verify the turn signal and DRL operations, and confirm no body control module or lighting control module faults remain stored. Inspect the inboard mounting tab for cracks before installing, since damaged mounts will let the lamp shift over time.
