This Genuine Ford Composite Headlamp fits the passenger side of 20-22 Ford F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, and F-550 SD trucks equipped from the factory with halogen headlamps. The lamp combines low beam, high beam, and turn signal in a single sealed housing that mounts to the front fascia structure and reaches the wiring harness via the body-side connector. Replacement is common after collision damage to the right front of the vehicle, after stone strikes have cracked the lens enough to admit moisture and fog the reflector, or when the housing has yellowed enough to noticeably reduce nighttime output. The halogen variant is not interchangeable with the LED variant, which uses a different optical pack and a different driver; substituting one for the other will not seat correctly in the fascia or connect to the harness. After install, verify the aim with the Ford headlamp aim procedure, check that the turn signal and DRL functions operate as expected, and confirm there are no stored DTCs against the body control module or the lighting control module.
